I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Christina Zayas' services, website, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or purchase our products.

II. Services Offered

Christina Zayas offers digital products, online courses, coaching sessions, mentorship programs, workbooks, and educational content related to narcissistic abuse reconditioning, reflex identification, and personal development.

Current offerings include but are not limited to: The Machiavellian Empath (self-paced course), Psychological Power Mentorship (1:1 coaching), Private Strategy Sessions, Dissolving Trauma Bonds (free masterclass), and the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Workbook.

III. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full upon purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

Payment plans: Automatic charges occur on scheduled dates. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failed or missed payments result in immediate suspension of access. Outstanding balances remain due in full even if access is suspended. Continued non-payment may result in account termination and collection efforts.

You authorize Christina Zayas to charge your payment method for all fees owed.

IV. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use content, dissatisfaction with results, or technical difficulties on the user's end.

• Digital products and courses: Due to immediate access upon purchase, all digital products and courses are non-refundable once access is granted.

• Workbooks: Due to the digital nature of the product, all workbook sales are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

• Sessions and coaching: All session fees are non-refundable once booked. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 or more hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the session with no refund or credit.

• Mentorship programs: Non-refundable due to limited capacity, bespoke preparation, and ongoing access to direct support.

Technical issues on our end: If technical issues prevent access due to our platform failure, we will work to resolve within 48 hours or provide equivalent makeup access. No refunds will be issued.

By purchasing, you acknowledge this no-refund policy and agree that all sales are final.

V. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, course materials, workbooks, frameworks, and branding are proprietary to Christina Zayas. Users may not reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative works without written permission.

This includes but is not limited to: course modules, workbook content, coaching frameworks, email content, and any materials provided within paid programs.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in:

VI. User Conduct

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information. Respect confidentiality within all coaching and mentorship containers. Not share login credentials, course materials, or workbook content with others. Not record, screenshot, or distribute any content from coaching sessions or mentorship communications. Not engage in harassment or disruptive behavior toward Christina Zayas or her team.

Violation of user conduct guidelines may result in:

VII. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information shared in coaching, mentorship, or any program container remains confidential.

Users consent to receiving email communications related to Christina Zayas' offerings and content.

All content is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Christina Zayas is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Her work is coaching and educational in nature.

Christina Zayas does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any program, product, or service.

You acknowledge that your participation and any actions taken based on content are solely your responsibility.

IX. Limitation Of Liability

Christina Zayas' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. She is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or products.

X. Termination

Christina Zayas reserves the right to terminate access for violation of these terms or disruptive behavior without refund.

XI. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation first. If unresolved, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will occur in Pennsylvania. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Each party bears their own legal costs.

XII. Modifications To Terms

Christina Zayas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

XIII. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Pennsylvania courts.
