MEET THE FOUNDER

I’m Christina Zayas, Narcissistic Abuse Reconditioning Coach

I work with women who are no longer willing to remain emotionally accessible to people who harm, manipulate, or destabilize them. My work centers on psychological power, shadow integration, and the unconscious patterns that shape how women respond under pressure, especially after narcissistic, coercive, or chronically invalidating relationships.

Most of the women who come to me are already self-aware. They understand what happened. They can name the dynamics. Many have spent years in therapy, personal development, and emotional processing. And yet, they still find themselves overexplaining, doubting their perceptions, staying emotionally available when it costs them, or feeling pulled back into dynamics they intellectually know are destructive.

That is not a failure of insight. It is a failure of conditioning.

Understanding a pattern does not dissolve it. Real change happens when the reflex itself is interrupted – when your nervous system no longer defaults to appeasement, self-abandonment, or emotional overexposure in moments that matter most. This is where my work begins.

MY APPROACH

I don’t focus solely on emotional processing. I work at the level of reflex, identity structure, and behavioral conditioning. Together, we dismantle the unconscious patterns that make women predictable, exploitable, or self-doubting under pressure – and replace them with grounded, self-directed responses that protect autonomy, dignity, and power.

My approach is shaped by formal training and lived experience. I did not arrive at this work theoretically. I arrived through having to rebuild myself after dynamics that required precision, not platitudes; strategy, not spiritual bypassing; and deep psychological recalibration, not surface-level healing.

This is why my work isn’t templated, motivational, or generic.

Every woman I work with receives bespoke psychological mapping based on her specific history, attachment patterns, and identity fractures. Real transformation is not inspirational – it is structural. It changes what you do under pressure, not just what you understand afterward.

WORK WITH ME

If you are looking for affirmation, comfort, or emotional soothing, my work will not be a fit.

If you’re ready to become psychologically self-directed, emotionally sovereign, and no longer unconsciously readable to people who use you, then we’d be a great match.
