1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Cultesh services, website, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Cultesh offers digital products, online programs, coaching sessions, memberships, and educational content related to feminine empowerment, psychological power, shadow work, and personal development.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice

  • Payment is due in full upon purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered

  • Payment plans: Automatic charges occur on scheduled dates. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failed or missed payments result in immediate suspension of access. Outstanding balances remain due in full even if access is suspended. Continued non-payment may result in account termination and collection efforts.

  • You authorize Cultesh to charge your payment method for all fees owed

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use content, dissatisfaction with results, or technical difficulties on the user's end.

  • Digital products: Due to immediate access upon purchase, all digital products are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Sessions & coaching: All session fees are non-refundable once booked. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the session with no refund or credit.

  • Programs with live components: Non-refundable due to limited capacity and preparation required.

  • Memberships: May be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months or unused time.

  • Payment plans: Failed or missed payments may result in immediate suspension of access. Unpaid balances remain due in full regardless of access status.

  • Technical issues on our end: If technical issues prevent access due to our platform failure, we will work to resolve within 48 hours or provide equivalent makeup access. No refunds will be issued.

By purchasing, you acknowledge this no-refund policy and agree that all sales are final.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, methodologies, materials, and branding are proprietary to Cultesh and Christina Zayas. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Legal action

  • Pursuit of damages

6. USER CONDUCT

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Respect community guidelines in private spaces

  • Not share login credentials or content with others

  • Not engage in harassment or disruptive behavior

Violation of user conduct guidelines may result in:

  • Warning

  • Suspension of access

  • Permanent termination without refund

  • Legal action if necessary

7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Personal information shared in programs/communities remains confidential

  • Users consent to email marketing related to Cultesh offerings

8. DISCLAIMERS

  • Content is for educational purposes only, not medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice

  • Cultesh does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any program, product, or service

  • You acknowledge that your participation and any actions taken based on content are solely your responsibility

  • Content is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice

  • Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed

  • Users participate at their own risk and responsibility

  • Cultesh is not liable for personal decisions made based on content

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cultesh and Christina Zayas' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or products.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms or disruptive behavior without refund.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation first

  • If unresolved, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

  • Arbitration will occur in Pennsylvania

  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

  • Each party bears their own legal costs

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Cultesh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Pennsylvania courts.
