From Exploitable to Strategically Untouchable.

Psychological Power Mentorship

A private, high-touch mentorship for women recovering from narcissistic and manipulative dynamics who want to become psychologically untouchable.

This is identity-level reconditioning for women who are done being emotionally available to people who exploit them.

YOU DON’T NEED MORE AWARENESS.
YOU NEED A NEW INTERNAL STRUCTURE.

WHAT WE WORK ON

WHAT WE WORK ON

Our work focuses on:

Reconditioning attachment patterns that keep you seeking validation from emotionally unavailable or exploitative people.

Restoring internal authority so you no longer outsource your sense of worth, safety, or direction.

Interrupting reflexes such as over-explaining, appeasing, self-doubt, and emotional over-availability.

Rebuilding confidence on a new foundation – not as performance, but as internal stability.

Learning to navigate future relationships, work dynamics, and power structures without collapsing into old roles.

This isn’t about becoming hardened.
It’s about becoming self-led.

You will leave this mentorship with a new relationship to your own voice, a new standard for intimacy and access, a nervous system that no longer mistakes exploitation for connection, and an identity that does not require external approval to feel grounded

Structure of the Mentorship

We meet one-on-one every two weeks for 90-minute sessions over three or six months.

Between sessions, you have direct access to me via Telegram for voice notes and text support as you integrate the work into real life.

This is not a curriculum you move through. This is work shaped around you.

Each mentorship is different because each woman is different.

    • Inner child and early pattern work

    • Attachment and identity restructuring

    • Real-time guidance around current relationships or power dynamics

    • Emotional regulation and boundary integration

    • Strategic clarity for navigating ongoing contact when necessary

“When I started working with Christina, I felt like I hit a ceiling I couldn’t break through. I worked hard and achieved a lot, but relationships fell apart, my business was stagnant, and satisfaction felt unattainable. Through our work, we discovered a belief I’d never admitted, that I wasn’t good enough. I laughed it off at first, but realized this belief was running everything. The turning point was when I stopped white-knuckling my shadow and started listening to it. That story wasn’t the truth of who I was, but it was the doorway to where I abandoned myself. Once I reclaimed that part, everything shifted. Within 3 months, my business grew faster than it had in years. I felt free, whole, and finally creating from my power.”

WHO THIS IS FOR

This mentorship is for women who:

Have left or are leaving narcissistic or manipulative relationships.

Are emotionally intelligent and self-aware, yet still feel destabilized or diminished by what they experienced.

Do not want surface-level coaching or generic advice.

Are ready to take responsibility for changing the patterns that allowed exploitation to take root.

Value privacy, depth, and precision.

This is not a high-volume program. I work with a small number of women at a time.

About Christina

My work is devoted to helping women reclaim internal authority after narcissistic and psychologically manipulative relationships.

I came to this work through both lived experience and years of study in psychological patterning, attachment dynamics, and identity reconstruction. Like many of the women I now support, I once believed that insight alone would be enough – that understanding the behavior of narcissistic or manipulative people would protect me from repeating the pattern. It didn’t.

What I learned, and what now guides my work, is that these dynamics are not sustained by lack of intelligence or awareness, but by deeply conditioned emotional and relational reflexes formed long before the relationship itself began. Patterns of over-functioning, appeasement, self-doubt, and emotional availability are often rooted in early experiences and later exploited in adult relationships.

My approach isn't about fixing you or teaching you how to manage narcissists. It's about helping you rebuild from the inside out – restoring self-trust, restructuring attachment patterns, and cultivating a form of confidence that is no longer dependent on being chosen, validated, or understood by others.

I work with women who are emotionally intelligent, perceptive, and capable, yet find themselves destabilized after relationships that eroded their sense of self. Women who are done asking, “Why did this happen?” and are ready to ask, “How do I become someone this can never happen to again?”

This mentorship is deeply personal and intentionally selective. I work with a small number of women at a time to offer focused, bespoke support that reflects the complexity of each individual's history and situation. There is no formula and no one-size-fits-all process. The work unfolds based on what you need, what you are ready for, and what your nervous system can integrate.

“I reached out to Christina because I was drawn to her dedication and commitment to healing herself as she confronted the dark aspects of her past. I’ve worked with therapists in the past, and while they helped me look back to discover what had such a hold on me, they instead tried techniques on me to overcome and almost forget who that part of me was. My work with Christina was the complete polar opposite. We did look back, but it wasn’t to forget; it was to embrace those shadows, those patterns that just seemed to repeat themselves over and over again. I learned how to accept all parts of me, good and bad, and use those parts to create an incredibly gorgeous life of self-acceptance and love.”

“Thank you for creating a space where I could be raw and open. You have opened up doors in my life through your program, allowing me to really dig deeper into things that need mending, and the work has only just begun. Your program was empowering. I wasn’t really sure what I was getting myself into at first. Hell, I wasn’t even sure if it was for me, but after this, I have to say I got more than what I expected. Thank you for creating this space to heal and empower us in all walks of life.”
